Admittance Policy

Photo I.D. with proof of age may be requested by Warehouse Cinemas staff at any time.

Age Restrictions
Operations: 6pm and after/16 and over Policy

  • Any patron entering the Warehouse Cinemas facility after 6pm (including purchasing tickets for any showtime starting at 6pm or later) must be at least 16 years of age, with a valid I.D with birthdate or be accompanied by a guardian that is at least 21 years of age, with valid I.D including birthdate.
  • The guardian accompanying anyone under 16 must stay inside the facility and auditorium their entire visit. Management has the right to refuse service or have guests leave the building without explanation if they feel it is needed.
  • Any I.D that is being used for proof of age must have birthdate and photo of patron using the I.D. Management has the right to refuse any I.D they do not feel is valid.

Ratings Policy
For films rated “R” by the MPAA:

  • Ages 0-5 : Not permitted to attend R-rated features
  • Ages 6-16 : (and 17 without proof of age): Can purchase one ticket and attend an R-rated feature if accompanied by someone 18 or older who is present and attending the
  • Age 17 : (with proof of age): Can purchase one ticket and attend an R-rated feature
  • Age 18+ : (with proof of age): Can purchase multiple tickets and attend an R-rated feature

There are no age restrictions for films rated G, PG, or PG-13

General Admittance
  • Children below the age of 2 are admitted free, but must be seated in an adult’s lap
  • Child tickets are valid for children ages 2-11
  • Senior tickets are valid for adults 60 years and older
  • Military tickets are available for active duty and retired military personnel
  • Not all ticket types are available for all performances
ADA Seating & Companion Pass:
  • Warehouse Cinemas is ADA compliant and handicap accessible. All seating designated as “handicapped” has the wheelchair symbol and is reserved for the disabled and their companions.
  • Guests visiting our theatres in an assistant/companion role for one of our guests with disabilities may receive an ADA Pass.
Backpacks/Packages/Bags:

Warehouse Cinemas wants our guests and staff to feel safe and secure when visiting or working in our facility. As a general rule, all backpacks, packages and a variety of large bags are subject to inspection. Our admission policies may be adjusted periodically to ensure the safety of our guests and employees. We acknowledge that these procedures may cause some inconvenience but hope it is minor in comparison to increased safety in our theatres.

Skateboards, Hoverboards, Etc.:

Skateboards, Hoverboards, Scooters, Bikes, etc... are prohibited on theatre property. These boards can cause safety hazards for our guests and staff. Staff will not hold these items for guests and guests will be asked to remove them from the property entirely.

Lost and Found:

Warehouse Cinemas is not responsible for lost, stolen, or recovered personal items. Before leaving the theatre please check around your seat for personal belongings. A staff member will be happy to assist you if necessary.

Film Theft:

No recording devices (cameras, video recorders, sound recorders, etc.) are permitted to be used within any Warehouse Cinemas auditorium.

Personal Communication Devices:

Warehouse Cinemas asks that guests do not use cell phones, tablets, or other communication devices once the previews begin.

No Solicitation:

Soliciting or loitering on Warehouse Cinemas property is prohibited.

Smoking or Vaping:

Smoking and/or vaping of any kind is prohibited inside the establishment

Outside Food or Drink:

No outside food or drink is permitted in the theatre.

Service Animals Only:

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) & applicable state law(s), Warehouse Cinemas welcomes the use of a service animal in our facility. We reserve the right to remove a patron if the animal causes a disturbance. No other pets will be permitted in our facility.

Refund Policy:

Refunds and exchanges can be offered in certain circumstances on a case by case basis. Before purchasing, we urge you to confirm film title, date, time, and quantity of tickets for your desired showing.

You may receive refunds in person or via email (location emails are located on the Contact page) for tickets no less than 30 minutes before the purchased showtime. Refunds must be processed to the same payment card used for purchase and can take up to 5 business days for funds to return to the account. There are no refunds or exchanges after the purchased showtime.

All online refunds are to user credit. You can use the credit next time you checkout as a payment method. To do so select 'manage orders' on your confirmation email.

To swap showings, first refund, then purchase new tickets. Once you refund, your tickets will be released. You can repurchase the same showing later, but only if there is still availability.

  • Loitering
  • Fighting, engaging in intimidating, disorderly, or disruptive behavior
  • Being under the influence of alcohol and/or illegal drugs
  • Possessing or consuming alcohol under the age of 21
  • Use of tobacco products, including smoking, smokeless & e-cigarettes, vapes, other than in designated areas
  • Carrying or displaying weapons of any kind except by authorized law enforcement representatives
  • Failing to be fully clothed and wearing appropriate attire
  • Wearing apparel with obscene or offensive language or images which are likely to provoke a disturbance or conflict
  • Use of a recording device; audio or video
  • Operating mobile devices that emit light or sound that may disrupt the film presentation (includes cell phones and tablets)
  • Talking and/or texting during movie
