Welcome to our Kickback Rewards Club.

The best way to earn rewards for having a great time. For very One dollar spent your get 1 Kickback , it’s just that easy.

Does it cost me anything to join?

Nope! The Kickback Club is 100% free, so there’s really no reason not to join.

What kind of rewards and benefits do I get?

WC rewards our loyal members with free tickets to Brunch Club and Film League, a free treat on your birthday (popcorn, drink or candy) and Kickbacks that you can redeem for free snacks & drinks. Plus, we have lots of fun surprises and special events for our Kickback members.

How do I redeem my rewards?

Food & beverage rewards can be redeemed at concession with the app. Free tickets can be redeemed online or at concessions. Simply provide concessions with your account and what your rewards you wish to redeem. Any other rewards will specify how to redeem them.

How are my points calculated?

Warehouse Cinemas rewards you one point per visit to our theater from a purchase made on our website, mobile app, or concessions and updates your balance in real time. Does not include purchases made on third-party sites. Current points, are calculated on a rolling 6-month cycle from your last visit. Please note that points are earned by the total purchase, not by ticket quantity.

Does it cost me anything to join?

Nope! The Kickback Club is 100% free, so there’s really no reason not to join.

Does it work with other movie rewards programs?

Unfortunately, no, only purchases through our website, in person or our app get you points.

How do I sign up?

You can sign up online at warehousecinemas.com/kickbackclub, through our mobile app, or in person at the concession stand or kiosks.

I just joined, will any of my prior purchases be reflected on my account?

We're very grateful for having you join us, all this time. Unfortunately, any purchases before your account creation date will not earn you any points.

Do my rewards expire?

Yes. Birthday rewards expire after 7 days after your birthday. Other reward expire after 6 months of last use of the program.

Where can I find my kickback point count?

You can review your visit history, and point count through the mobile app or by signing in to your account.

When do I receive my free birthday reward?

Birthday rewards are delivered to your account 7 days before your birthday and can be redeemed in person at concessions.

What type of information do you collect from my Kickback account?

An email address is the only required piece of information to join the program. Providing a valid email address allows us to assign rewards and alert you of available rewards, plus it’s another quick way for you to login at concessions. In addition, we ask for your birthday in order to send your free birthday reward. You can complete genre preferences and location preferences so that we can keep you up to date on all the latest cool things happening near you.

Can I use the ticket kiosk to purchase?

Yes. Simply login to your account at one of our kiosks and purchase tickets. Purchases made at our kiosks are credited once the transaction is complete.

What do you do with the information that you collect from my account?

We will never sell your personal information. View our Privacy Policy.

I'm a Kickback member, but forgot to make this purchase through my account. Can I still receive credit?

Unfortunately, any purchases made outside of your account can’t earn points.

If my friend bought tickets for me under their account, can I still receive credit?

Unfortunately, only one account is allowed credit per transaction.
